Return & Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened items purchased on our website within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We can not accept the return of any item that has been opened, unless the product proves damaged or defective.

Packages must be returned prepaid and this return sheet accurately completed.

In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item having been supplied, please contact our customer service.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

 

Exchange of products

The fastest way to ensure you get the right product for you is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please notice it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
